You don't need to deprive yourself and suffer through liquid diets or dangerous detoxes. You can eat the foods you like and make progress toward your goals!

EXERCISE IN A WAY THAT SUITS YOU!

I only ask that you try to exercise 3-4 times per week. This could be at home, in the gym or outdoors. And, don't forget to also include other activities you enjoy, like swimming, jogging or walking.

Frequently Asked Questions

How long until I see results?
Unfortunately the answer to this is - it depends. The main factors are how well you can apply the meal blueprint and be consistent with the workouts. The sooner you get into a routine of eating well and training regularly, the sooner you’ll see results. But it does depend on how much weight you have to lose.

Can I still join if I haven't trained in years and am really unfit?
YES! The workouts have been designed with easier and advanced options and will build in intensity over the 8 weeks as your fitness improves. They are even fine if you haven’t trained before.

Can anyone participate in the program?
No matter what your age, we meet you where you are, whether you’re an expert or beginner.  This program is designed for real life situations, like BBQ’s, vacations and family events.  We provide the information and guidelines and help you determine the level you want to work at and how to best integrate it into your life.
​Can I join if I'm not on Facebook?
All of the content will be posted in the Private Live Lean and Fit Facebook group, so yes, you will need a Facebook profile. If you aren’t on Facebook and would rather remain anonymous, you can set up a profile without a picture and with a fake name. Just let us know so we can accept you into the group.
Is it possible to join the group even if I don't live in the United States?
Yes of course! You can join the group from anywhere in the world.
